Meet Frederik - Oliver Pikksaar
When I first stepped into the world of church media, I didn’t set out to become a sound engineer. I was just a 13-year-old kid in an international church in Tallinn, Estonia, looking for a way to help out. The church didn’t own a building—we rented a hall and hauled gear in and out every Sunday. Week after week, I learned by doing: setting up cables, testing microphones, and packing everything back into storage when the service ended.

A friend noticed my interest and offered to connect me with a professional sound engineer. That led to my first paid gig—a children’s event in a mall 200km away. I barely knew what I was doing, but I was hooked. I had discovered my calling: to help create spaces where people could encounter God through clear, distraction-free media.
Over the years, I continued serving in church—as a audio engineer, worship leader, and interpreter—while also working in the professional event world with small and mid-sized bands. I learned my way around both analog and digital soundboards and gained hands-on experience with production systems that demanded reliability and precision.
Then, for eight years, I worked in logistics—training leaders across Europe, writing manuals, and designing systems to improve safety and efficiency. It taught me the value of clarity, process, and empowering teams to do their best work. Each Sunday, I brought those same principles back to church, refining how we set up, served, and stewarded the tools God had given us.
That’s when I realized something important: most churches don’t actually need more equipment—they need better systems. The real challenge isn’t about having the latest camera or soundboard; it’s about helping volunteers use what they already have, effectively and confidently, to serve with excellence.
Today, that’s my mission—to help churches build professional media systems without needing professional teams. I’ve seen firsthand that when you create simple, reliable systems and train people well, volunteers thrive, the message comes through clearly, and the focus stays where it belongs—on worship.
We’re called to give our best to God and trust Him with the rest. With the right systems in place, your church can do just that.

My Unique Advantage
With over two decades in sound engineering and church media, I have real church experience, teaching ability and years of practice in process optimisation.
Passionate about serving Jesus and creating clear, reliable systems that are easy to follow.
1. Real Church Experience
2. Teaching That Empowers

I don’t just design media systems—I build them, teach them, and use them every week in real church settings. My experience combines three strengths that make all the difference when helping churches succeed.
I’ve served in church media since I was a teenager—setting up sound systems, leading worship, and training volunteers. I understand the realities of Sunday mornings: limited time, limited people, and the desire to give God your best with what you have.
Years of training leaders across Europe taught me how to communicate complex information in simple, practical ways. Whether it’s a new volunteer or a seasoned tech lead, I know how to make media systems click for people so they can serve confidently and independently.
3. Systems That Work
With a background in logistics and process optimization, I specialize in building workflows that are clear, repeatable, and reliable. Every checklist, diagram, and setup guide I create is designed to remove confusion and keep teams focused on what matters most—worship.

Manuals and Guides
Clear documentation tailored to your church—step-by-step guides, checklists, and workflows that keep volunteers on track and services running smoothly week after week.
My Mission
My mission is to help churches use technology to reach people with the message of Jesus—clearly, simply, and sustainably.
I believe media and technology are powerful tools for ministry when used with purpose. Every camera angle, sound mix, and livestream feed is an opportunity to remove distractions and make space for God to move.
That’s why I’m dedicated to building sustainable systems that empower volunteers, reduce stress, and keep the focus on worship. When churches steward their tools well, they can serve their communities better—both in the room and online.
Excellence in ministry isn’t about having the best gear; it’s about using what you have to share God’s best with the world.
